Designer Tips

We know that visualizing and designing a home can be overwhelming, but our Design Specialist has some tips to help:

Start with your non-negotiable
Are quartz countertops a must-have for you? Are you set on light flooring? Have you always dreamt of white cabinets? Identify your non-negotiable and start there. It is easier to build a cohesive design around your must-have feature rather than trying to incorporate it after you've made some selections.

Stay within a color palette
Our palettes are crafted with either cool or warm tones. To ensure harmonious selections, remain consistent within your chosen palette. For instance, avoid pairing warm taupe cabinetry with cool grey flooring or wall paint. If you select warm cabinetry, pair it with warm flooring.

Come with a budget
Omega offers a variety of upgrades such as vinyl plank, quartz, designer backsplash, and more. Upgrades incur an additional cost and must be paid upfront in three separate installments. Determine the selections you cannot live without and which options can wait for later.
