Can I use a lender outside of your preferred network?

Yes, you are welcome to use a lender outside of our preferred network. However, using a preferred lender may offer added benefits, such as covered title policy and survey fees, exclusive incentives, and lender contributions that can help reduce closing costs. 

When should I contact a preferred lender during the homebuying process?

It’s best to contact a preferred lender as early as possible, ideally before or when you begin your home search. Getting pre-approved early helps you understand your budget and allows the buying and construction process to move forward smoothly. 

What documents are needed to get pre-approved?

To get pre-approved, lenders typically request documents such as recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, identification, and information about your debts and assets. Your lender will guide you through exactly what is needed for your specific situation.
