John's primary focus is to establish the vision & goals to support our mission and provide the tools, resources & environment for Omega’s team to achieve them. The Temple Area Builder's Association awarded John as Builder of the Year in 2008.
Committed to supporting the stable growth in Temple-Belton, John has served on numerous boards including the Temple Area Builder's Association, Temple Reinvestment Zone, Central Texas Housing Consortium, Temple Business League and as Organization Improvement Chair for the Temple Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
John loves fishing, hunting, boating, and traveling with family. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Class of '90 - Gig 'em!
While John has many responsibilities at a functional level, his primary focus is to ensure that Omega has the right resources, processes, controls, and procedures in place to achieve both short term & strategic goals.
Having served on numerous city and civic boards, John currently volunteers his time as a Board Member for the City of Temple's Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No.1, the City of Temple Airport Advisory Board and as a Board Member for Central Texas Youth Services, a 501(c)3 entity with a mission to providing services to troubled youth in Bell, McLennan and Coryell counties. He also actively serves as a professional mentor for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor's Accounting Internship Program and for the Startup & Historically Underutilized Minority Owned Businesses within the Construction Industry. John co-founded the Central Texas Search & Recovery Team, completed GAP International's Executive Management Breakthrough Leadership Program, and was featured as part of a national ad campaign focused on incorporating technology to streamline our processes within the construction industry.
During his down time, John values time with his family, enjoys playing golf & tennis, and looks forward to working with his horses & cattle. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University ("Wreck 'em!") and an MBA in Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor ("Go Cru!").
Rachel's primary focus is customer satisfaction and to promote sales growth in local and regional markets. With 16+ years’ experience in new home construction, she has held several roles at Omega: Design Coordinator, Sales Agent and Sales Manager. Her experience with customers and knowledge of the home building process gives her valuable insight to lead the Omega sales team in continuing our success.
Rachel has volunteered, participated and chaired on numerous boards and committees for the Temple Area Builder's Association and the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS®, including her current role as Secretary. Growing up in Temple, she understands the importance of raising a family in a close-knit community, living amongst your customers and building a quality home.
Rachel enjoys playing golf with her husband & son, entertaining friends, and playing fetch with her two standard poodles. Formerly a Special Education Teacher, she holds a BS in Education from The University of North Texas. Rachel is also a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® and Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.
Ryan manages all aspects of construction field operations, purchasing, estimating, and customer service. Ryan was awarded as the prestigious Builder of the Year in 2016 and 2017 by the Temple Area Builder's Association.
Ryan previously served as President of the Temple Area Builder's Association. Actively involved within the community, he is a member and chairman for various committees and was part of the 2017 Leadership Temple class. In 2015, he was awarded as a Top 40 Under 40 from Professional Builder, the sole recipient in Texas.
When Ryan isn't working, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family. He holds a BA in Economics from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Drew focuses on the development of new home designs and continuously improving Omega’s existing floor plans to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
Drew gained valuable hands-on experience working as a framer when he was teenager. His construction experience allowed Drew to easily transition into the role of estimating, purchasing & drafting. His broad range of experience and technical proficiency has been instrumental in Omega's lean transformation.
Drew is an avid outdoorsman, spending his time fishing, hunting, playing tennis, and on the lake with family.
Jennifer focuses on building awareness & developing the Omega brand. She has 12+ years' experience in graphic design, brand development, and digital media; with numerous inbound sales & marketing certifications. Jennifer was recognized by the Texas Association of Builders as the Marketing Professional of the Year during the 2018 Star Awards.
Previously, Jennifer was a Designer for a leading architecture firm, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, in the Wilkes-Barre, PA office. She holds a BS in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for Central Texas Youth Services.
Jennifer has volunteered over 1000 hours with Habitat for Humanity, racking up hands-on experience building homes at every stage of construction. She enjoys running with her husband, their longest race was the Marathon 2 Marathon in Marathon, TX in 2011.
Lorie oversees all aspects of accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and financial reporting.
Lorie has 20+ years' experience in real estate, accounting, and human resources. She joined the Omega team in early 2013 and has been instrumental in the successful implementation of new software systems to support Omega's continued growth.
Lorie enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kids' baseball games! She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Lorie is also a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® and member of the Construction Management Association.
Anna is responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining the best of the best!
Anna has 20+ years' experience in accounting, human resources and team development in both the construction & healthcare industries. She brings the two together by helping to develop programs for Omega's team that focus on health & wellness - like organizing our participation in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk. Anna also serves on the Central Texas Human Resource Management Association Board.
Anna enjoys live music of all genres and outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and kayaking with her fiancé and two pups. She holds a BBA from Tarleton State University - Central Texas and an MBA from Texas A&M - Central Texas with a concentration in HR.
Linda ensures the success of each of our Model Homes. With 30+ years’ experience in real estate and management, she leads, inspires and challenges Omega's Sales Team to achieve our sales goals.
Linda joined the Omega team as a New Home Sales Agent in Georgetown and specializes in selling new homes during the early development of a community, helping homebuyers to visualize their new home & features - as well as setting the right expectations from the beginning to ensure a smooth & stress-free experience!
Linda loves baseball and is an avid Houston Astros fan. She also enjoys dancing, bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. She is a native Texan who grew up just down the road in Killeen!
