Omega Builders' leadership team represents over 200 years in homebuilding and management experience. We recognize that supporting the communities in which we build is integral to our growth and firmly believe in supporting local organizations, schools, and charities by giving our time, resources, and financial support.
John's primary focus is to establish the vision & goals to support our mission and provide the tools, resources & environment for Omega’s team to achieve them.
Committed to supporting the stable growth in Temple-Belton, John has served on numerous boards including the Temple Area Builder's Association, Temple Reinvestment Zone, Central Texas Housing Consortium, Temple Business League, Temple Economic Development Corporation and as Organization Improvement Chair for the Temple Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
John holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Class of '90 - Gig 'em!
Pam manages all financial and accounting aspects of Omega, including oversight of HR and IT.
Pam keeps both strategic and short-term goals at the forefront of Omega's processes to ensure the best resources, controls and procedures are carried out.
Pam brings an extensive background in construction costing and accounting, as well as combined experience in warehousing, retail and logistics. Pam’s unique background in the Casino and Gaming industry throughout different regions has given her invaluable management and leadership skills. Pam is a proud naturalized US Citizen, married to her Texan spouse for 14 years.
Pam holds a BCom with specialization in Financial Management from the University of South Africa.
Rachel drives sales growth in local and regional markets, while focusing on customer satisfaction.
Having held several roles at Omega including Design Coordinator, Sales Agent, and Sales Manager, her experience with customers and knowledge of the home building process gives her valuable insight to lead the sales, marketing & design team to reach strategic goals. Rachel has been involved with and chaired numerous boards and committees for the Temple Area Builder's Association and the Temple Belton Board of REALTORS®.
Formerly a Special Education Teacher, Rachel holds a BS in Education from the University of North Texas.
Ryan manages all aspects of construction field operations, purchasing and estimating, and warranty service.
Ryan previously served as President of the Temple Area Builder's Association. Actively involved within the community, he is a member and chairman for various committees and was part of the 2017 Leadership Temple class. The sole recipient in Texas, he was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 from Professional Builder.
Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Lorie oversees all aspects of accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and financial reporting.
Lorie's background includes experience in real estate, accounting, and human resources. She has been instrumental in the successful implementation of new software systems to support Omega's continued growth. She is also a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® and Construction Management Association.
Lorie holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Drew develops new home designs following lean principles and continuously improving Omega’s existing floor plans to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
Drew gained valuable hands-on experience working as a framer when he was teenager. His construction experience allowed Drew to easily transition into the role of estimating, purchasing & drafting. His broad range of experience and technical proficiency has been instrumental in Omega's lean transformation.
Donald ensures that each member of the construction team works diligently to deliver a high-quality home and an exceptional customer experience.
Donald's has extensive experience in residential construction throughout Central Texas, including with a Fortune 500 Builder.
Donald holds a BS in Construction Management from Texas A&M-Commerce.
Linda ensures the success of each of our Model Homes and leads, inspires, and challenges Omega's Sales Team to achieve our sales goals.
Linda joined the Omega team as a New Home Sales Agent in Georgetown and specializes in selling new homes during the early development of a community, helping homebuyers to visualize their new home & features - as well as setting the right expectations from the beginning to ensure a smooth & stress-free experience!
Amy focuses on building awareness, supporting the sales team, and continuously improving the customer experience.
With a diverse background in accounting, customer service, sales, and marketing, Amy brings a unique perspective to the team - when combined with her incredible organizational skills and desire to learn, she is a marketing powerhouse to support our growing sales team.
Anna is responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining the best of the best!
Anna's experience in accounting, human resources and team development in both the construction & healthcare industries, allows her to bring the two together by helping to develop programs for Omega's team that focus on health & wellness. Anna also serves on the Central Texas Human Resource Management Association Board.
She holds a BBA from Tarleton State University - Central Texas and an MBA from Texas A&M - Central Texas with a concentration in HR.
