I'm always surprised when I meet someone new, we talk about shopping for a home, and then they tell me that building a new home is out of their reach. No matter how many times I hear this, my reaction is always the same - with a confused look on my face, I ask, "Hmm, What do you mean?"

Most of the time, the response to my question is that custom homes are too expensive - to which I usually reply, building a home doesn't necessarily mean you have to build a custom home.

By starting with one of our available floor plans, you can still build your dream home without going over budget. Explore available layouts in our Floor Plan Gallery.

Building a new home is no more expensive than buying a new home - sure, both options have their advantages, but you won't pay more for the same thing just because you want to build from scratch.

Buying a new home allows you to find one that will meet your time frame best, especially if you need something right away. Construction times for new homes vary based on the time of year and size of the home, but typically take between 6 to 9 months.

A few of the advantages of building include choosing your colors & finishes, adding plan option upgrades to suit your lifestyle, and choosing the lot you like best!

Buying a new home doesn't mean you won't have the latest design trends though - our team works hard to ensure that homes we are building for sale have the same features & finishes that other buyers purchasing similar homes would include.

Including popular features, like enhanced vinyl plank flooring in a range of wood-look designs, and using our most popular color combinations helps make it easier than ever to choose a new home already under construction that has the must-haves on your list.
