Now Hiring - Sales Agent

We are looking for an experienced New Home Sales Agent with drive to do the same! We offer competitive pay and a rich benefit plan including PTO, medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance and more!

Essential duties include:

  • Ability to be a team player while working independently and unsupervised within a model home

  •  

    Meets or exceeds monthly/annual sales goals set by management

  •  

    Views each walk-in, call or email as an immediate opportunity to fulfill a customer’s needs

  •  

    Asks qualifying questions, overcomes objections and prepares new home contracts

  •  

    Knowledge of Omega's communities, homes and construction process

  •  

    Knowledge of basic financing and closing procedures

     

  • Provides timely feedback to customers and to the Omega corporate office

     

  • Develops in-depth knowledge of the competitive market

     

  • Responsible for maintaining condition of the model home

     

  • Responsible for maintaining condition of the on-site completed inventory of homes

     

  • Manages direct Sales Assistant(s)

     

  • Obtains client referrals

     

  • Initiates sales strategies and personal educational opportunities

  • Other duties as assigned

Now Hiring - Sales Assistant

  • Shows knowledge of communities, homes and the construction process

  • Demonstrations basic knowledge of preparing new home contracts

     

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of financing and closing procedures

     

  • Assists in maintaining the condition of the model home and on-site completed inventory of homes

     

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends

     

  • Performs various clerical functions assigned by Sales Agents and Sales Manager

Now Hiring - Assistant Superintendent

Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will assist in on-site coordination for all phases of new home construction, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment.  The Assistant Superintendent will ensure that all specifications are being followed and work is on schedule within budget.

Essential duties include:

  • Assist in managing the construction of multiple home construction sites under Omega's lean principles
  • Develops and maintains great working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Communicates Omega's quality and performance standards to contractors and vendors
  • Schedules subcontractors, vendors and inspectors to ensure timely completion
  • Performs quality control duties and responsibilities for the work being performed
  • Maintains a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping and safety regulations
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of required building codes, etc.
  • Conducts New Home Orientation with homeowners prior to closing
  • Ensures all punch list items are completed prior to closing
  • Achieves the highest quality end product and new homeowner satisfaction through effective management of resources and construction process
  • Any other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some College preferred
  • Residential new home construction experience preferred
