Submitting warranty items is easy! You can submit items directly to our Service Coordinator by phone at 254.239.0366, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the online form at the bottom of this page. Please note the information outlined in orange below regarding items requiring immediate attention and after hours service.
If you prefer, a printable Warranty Report Form may be used for multiple warranty service items and then submitted by email or via the online form at the bottom of this page.

Workmanship & Materials: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the one-year warranty.
Delivery Portion of Systems (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning): Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the two-year warranty.
Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the 10-year warranty.
