Once you've closed on your new home and have moved in, it is likely you will see a new item that you did not see during your New Home Orientation - that's okay, our service team is here to help!

Submitting warranty items is easy! You can submit items directly to our Service Coordinator by phone at 254.239.0366, by email at service@omegabuilders.com or by using the online form at the bottom of this page. Please note the information outlined in orange below regarding items requiring immediate attention and after hours service.

If you prefer, a printable Warranty Report Form may be used for multiple warranty service items and then submitted by email or via the online form at the bottom of this page.

Immediate Attention Needed

For items requiring immediate attention during normal business hours, please call 254.239.0366 to speak with our Service Coordinator.

Examples of items requiring immediate attention are those related to heating, air conditioning, electrical & plumbing. These items should not be submitted online to avoid unnecessary delays in providing service.

In case of an emergency with your home that presents imminent danger to persons or damage to property, immediately contact emergency service personnel (dial 911) or contact the respective utility provider (city, electric, water, or gas company). 

After Hours Service

For service items requiring immediate attention outside of normal business hours, call the number listed below for your region - please listen to the prompts carefully to ensure you contact the appropriate trade partner. You'll need to leave a voicemail and will receive a call back from the on-call service technician.

1-2-10 Warranty Coverage

Your new Omega home is backed by StrucSure Home Warranty, one of the best home warranties in the industry! StrucSure Home Warranty, LLC provides third-party, insurance-backed home warranties to builders and homeowners across the United States. You'll receive instructions to sign up for the StrucSure Homeowner Warranty Portal at closing.

One-year Warranty

Workmanship & Materials: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the one-year warranty.

Two-year Warranty

Delivery Portion of Systems (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning): Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the two-year warranty.

10-year Structural Warranty

Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the 10-year warranty.
