Year One Coverage by Omega Builders

Once you've closed on your new home and have moved in, it is likely you will see a new item that you did not see during your New Home Orientation - that's okay, our service team is here to help!

For items not requiring immediate attention, please wait to submit any service items until 60 days after closing. To easily track items as they arise, download & print our 60 day list tracking sheet.

Should you find any additional items after you've submitted your 60 day list that do not require immediate attention, please wait to submit any additional items until 11 months after closing. Simply download & print our 11 month list tracking sheet and track items. You'll get an email reminder at 11 months to submit any further requests if you have any; this will ensure all items can be complete within the first year.

Emergency Service Requests

For items requiring immediate attention during normal business hours, please call 254.239.0366 to speak with our Service Coordinator.

Examples of items requiring immediate attention are those related to heating, air conditioning, electrical & plumbing. These items should not be submitted online to avoid unnecessary delays in providing service.

In case of an emergency with your home that presents imminent danger to persons or damage to property, immediately contact emergency service personnel (dial 911) or contact the respective utility provider (city, electric, water, or gas company).

1-2-10 Warranty Coverage

Your new Omega home is backed by StrucSure Home Warranty, one of the best home warranties in the industry! StrucSure Home Warranty, LLC provides third-party, insurance-backed home warranties to builders and homeowners across the United States. You'll receive instructions to sign up for the StrucSure Homeowner Warranty Portal at closing.

One-year Warranty

Workmanship & Materials: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the one-year warranty.

Two-year Warranty

Delivery Portion of Systems (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning): Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the two-year warranty.

10-year Structural Warranty

Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the 10-year warranty.
