Submitting warranty items is easy! The NEW My Home Portal allows you to submit new items, upload photos, and keep track of the status of your requests.
Please note the information outlined in orange below regarding items requiring immediate attention and after hours service.
For items requiring immediate attention during normal business hours, please call 254.239.0366 to speak with our Service Coordinator.
Examples of items requiring immediate attention are those related to heating, air conditioning, electrical & plumbing. These items should not be submitted online to avoid unnecessary delays in providing service.
In case of an emergency with your home that presents imminent danger to persons or damage to property, immediately contact emergency service personnel (dial 911) or contact the respective utility provider (city, electric, water, or gas company).
For service items requiring immediate attention outside of normal business hours, call the number listed below for your region - please listen to the prompts carefully to ensure you contact the appropriate trade partner. You'll need to leave a voicemail to receive a call back from the on-call service technician.

Workmanship & Materials: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the one-year warranty.
Delivery Portion of Systems (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning): Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the two-year warranty.
Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the 10-year warranty.
