Shows knowledge of communities, homes and the construction process
Provides timely feedback to customers and to the corporate office
Assists Sales Agents in meeting or exceeding monthly/annual goals
Demonstrations basic knowledge of preparing new home contracts
Demonstrates basic knowledge of financing and closing procedures
Assists in maintaining the condition of the model home and on-site completed inventory of homes
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Performs various clerical functions assigned by Sales Agents and Sales Manager
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Displays exceptional computer skills
Quick and wiliness to learn
Team oriented and outgoing
A self-starter and able to work independently and unsupervised
High School Diploma or equivalent required
New home sales experience preferred
Listen to understand and participate in open dialog.
