Responsible for front desk responsibilities including greeting and directing customers and vendors; answering main corporate and sales line, directing calls and taking messages
Scanning, loading and/or filling of documents to the various company systems
Responsible for various updates, data entry and verification on company websites, internal spreadsheets, systems and external websites
Schedules and directs outside vendors related to new home sales and marketing
Coordinates lender and appraiser visits
Assists Sales Manager and VP of Sales with change order processing
Receives, submits and tracks sponsorship requests
Assists in coordinating and prepping for various events
Shops, prepares and distributes/delivers donations, gifts, promotional items, collateral and giveaways
Assists marketing in sign orders, promotional items, including research setup with required approvals
Assists Sales and Marketing with checklist updates and follow up on projects
Any other duties as assigned
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Displays exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Self-Starter and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and highly organized
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field preferred
