I would like to take a second to Recognize my superintendent Connor! He is honest and sincere. If he said something would get done, he was on it. Having been a superintendent with Carothers Homes years ago, I wouldn’t be a easy person to impress.

Most people have tendency to complain rather than compliment. I had nothing to complain about as Connor handled everything.

There was a great price point as well as great features that are standard but you would think they are upgrades. We also liked the fact of keeping the natural indigenous trees! After visiting this great community we have a different/ improved perception of Georgetown.

As a Realtor, this is my first time closing with Omega Builders and Brandy so far has been absolutely amazing. My clients are first time home buyers and she’s been great with answering all their questions, including mine lol and staying patient.
