Construction started on the first Omega home in College Station in the fall of 2013 and by early spring we welcomed our first homeowner to the Castlegate II community.

By the following summer we started building new homes in Austin's Colony, located in Bryan off of Hwy 6 and just 15 minutes from campus. While it seems like just yesterday, in July 2017 we reached a new milestone with the start of our 100th home in Bryan-College Station!

At the end of 2018, we started construction on the first homes in Mission Ranch and by early 2019 also started building in Southern Pointe, both in College Station.

Just as we wrapped up our last home in Castlegate II, we began a new journey to start construction on new homes in Pleasant Hill, located in Bryan.

As of early 2021, we're well on our way to having built over 200 homes in Bryan/College Station!
