“Omega Builders stands by their product… In July of this year, we passed our first year of occupancy in our Omega home in Red Rock Hills.  We had been thoroughly briefed at closing by the Omega staff that this was an important milestone in that all construction or equipment problems discovered during that first year needed to be brought to their attention for correction at that time.  These weren't just empty words; they really took what they said to heart.  They wanted a listing of all problems, not just those small aggravating ones; they asked us to make a complete inspection throughout the house.  As a result, a detailed list of shortcomings were turned in to Customer Service - some big and some small.  

All the items on our list were scheduled and corrected in a short period of time in a very professional, no-nonsense manner.   As an example of this positive approach to getting things right, our kitchen range had been worked on by three different service companies over several months, but was still not functioning satisfactorily.  A new range was secured from the manufacturer, delivered and installed, permanently solving the problem.  Bottom line… if you do business with Omega Builders, you should expect the best because that is what the Omega staff will give you.  Their staff is all professionals who do good, honest work and then proudly stand behind their product.”
