c.        Energy Conservation Checklist.  Our professional’s complete check-lists, during each phase of home construction, for compliance with the highly acclaimed ‘Energy Star’ program.

4.      Any Builder Can Claim They Build Energy Efficient Homes… We Prove It!  The efficiency of all equipment, building components, house tightness, and duct tightness for each Omega Home are vigorously inspected and verified by a Certified Home Energy Inspector before the home is certified as a ‘100% Energy Star’ home.
